Hello Russell,

I'm a current resident of Huntingdon Brook and in my honest opinion, there's just no better place to live in Southampton.  The nieghbors are fantastic, my kids love the swimming pool and the fact that you're so close to everything in the area, makes it a wonderful community to live in.

I've lived here for the past 12 years and absolutely love it.

Your comments are correct and I hope the prices keep climbing up as they have done in the past.

My brother-in-law is currently residing in the Huntingdon Brook development and he couldn't be happier.  I have yet to visit him, but I hear great things about the community.
