It just shows that our economy is strong and heading in the right direction. The average number of days that a home stays on the market has gone up a bit, but still below average by national standards.
Local residents continue moving around in Bucks County and why would you want to leave this wonderful community? Young couples are upsizing. Elderly are downsizing and many investors and heading towards Bristol and Levittown and try to find their piece of the pie. The whole county is blooming and we’re all very lucky to be a part of this very special area.
