4. DeLuca Homes will take charge of obtaining necessary permits to begin construction of your new home.
5. Meet your construction manager.
6. Conduct a pre-drywall meeting to review structural components completed up until this point in construction.
7. Confirm closing details.
8. Meet with a DeLuca Homes customer service agent to review the terms of your new home warranty.
9. Complete a walkthrough to review home features and address last-minute issues.
10. Complete a final walkthrough to review the completion of last-minute issues that were mentioned during the first walkthrough.
11. Close on your brand-new DeLuca Home!
